All prices based on 4 people per pitch with extra guests @ £2 per person per night. Maximum 6 people per pitch.
Only one Primary sleeping unit allowed per pitch. One festival/pup* tent may be allowed with prior arrangement. *A pup/festival tent is a small tent designed to sleep no more than 2 people. It is suitable for sleeping only and have no other living space.
No additional charge is made for dogs or awnings.
One Motor vehicle included per pitch. Any additional vehicle charged at £5 per night per vehicle, and must be parked on the yard. Strictly only one car to be on the pitch at any time.
Shower smart cards are available from the office at £1 for 10 minutes.
A non-refundable deposit equal to one nights stay per week or part week is required on booking, and this will need to be received within 48 hours to confirm your booking. The balance is then payable 4 weeks prior to your stay. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the stay then full payment is required at time of booking.
A minimum of 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) must be booked for all Bank Holidays.

We consider ourselves to be a quiet, peaceful site and request that out of consideration for other guests all noise is kept to an absolute minimum after 10.30pm.

Facilities
Our amenity block has four shower rooms with toilet and basin, and one toilet. It also houses the indoor washing up area. Shower cards are available from the office at £1 for 10 minutes.
All pitches have 16A electric hook up and water nearby.

We have two chemical toilet/grey water disposal points.
We have direct pedestrian access to the beach, a 1km walk from the site.
There is a 1.5 mile circular walk which loops around the perimeter of the 100 acres of farmland which was previously part of Walnut Farm. The walk includes a stretch along the bank of the Waxham Cut, which is believed to be the closest section of the Broads to the coast.
Fire pit hire @ £5/night (11.30am yo 11.30am), with £20 cash deposit. We also sell logs!
Beach Trolley hire @ £10/day (10am to 10am), with £20 cash deposit
FAQ’s
Are bbq’s / open fires allowed? Yes, as long as they are in a stable, purpose made vessel that is raised at least 20cm off the ground.
Do you accept motorhomes? Yes, but only driving licence category B vehicles, up to 3,500kg maximum authorised mass.
